• Our administration services include the provision of the company’s registered address, shareholders, directors, maintenance of its registers and accounts, as well as the daily follow up of the company’s activities.

• We are able to arrange all aspects of yacht registration, (commercial or pleasure) where the choice of flag will be conditioned by circumstances applicable to each yacht. The British flag and its related flags are often favoured, but we can arrange registration under other flags.

• We take care of all registration procedures, commercial and pleasure, obtain and maintain the yacht’s statutory documents and registers, and handle the registration follow up administration for renewals or changes. We are approved VAT Collecting Agents for the Principality of Monaco.

• We can assist with obtaining marine and crew insurance as well as handling crew management through professional and experienced intermediaries with whom we work closely.

• We are able to arrange yacht finance propositions adapted to clients’ needs, through first class financial institutions for the acquisition, the building or the refit of yachts.

• We can assist with the technical follow up, which includes classification, change of registration, refits, surveys and expert witnessing, through professional and experienced intermediaries.
