DIRECTORS AND SENIOR STAFF

Thomas W. Goldman III – Managing Director, is a qualified lawyer from US and UK universities and a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. He worked as a practicing lawyer in Florida, before moving to UK as a corporate legal counsel in the international trade sector. He moved to Monaco in 1999 as the legal counsel to the Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne at their Olympic Headquarters, and then as a maritime lawyer for a yacht management and consulting company. He joined Ansbacher Monaco in August 2003.

Arnaud Revel – Director (Administration & Finance), who qualified in business administration and international commerce in France, was born in Monaco and joined Ansbacher Monaco in 1999. He is responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the company, as well as for the administrative tasks with the Monaco Statutory and Regulatory Authorities.

Douglas Peters – qualified in marketing and international commerce in UK, and spent over 20 years with the Barclays group mostly outside the UK in Africa, Asia, the Pacific Region and Europe, including four years in Monaco. He worked for three years with a trust company in Vanuatu (S W Pacific) before joining the Société Générale group in Monaco as Head of their trust and fiduciary services Dept. Overall he has worked some 10 years in Monaco, and arrived at Ansbacher Monaco in January 2005 with the view to joining the Board.

• Association Monégasque des Professionnels en Administration de Structures Etrangères (AMPA) – which is in Monaco, the professional association for the licensed trust and fiduciary companies.

• AMPA Working Group “Relations with Equivalent Foreign Associations”, on which Thomas Goldman sits, to make recommendations to the profession’s regulatory authority in Monaco, the Dept. of Finance & Economy, on the regulation of corporate service providers.
